  • Drives significant revenue growth - 470% year to date 2021 to 2025
  • Builds & motivates teams to achieve & exceed organizational targets
  • Initiates & implements cultural, transformational performance improvement programmes & people change management resulting in enhanced engagement positively impacting business performance
  • Manages due diligence in mergers, acquisitions & business sales
  • FCIPD qualified. Extensive Human Resources & Operational expertise
  • Responsible for all strategic HR & management of day to day HR across UK, EU, APAC, MENA & US
